Compensation Range:

$11.15 - $11.15 Plus Tips

Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests, acting as their point of contact for check-in, directing them to theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on delivering a world-class hospitality experience while maintaining safety standards to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. They understand that being off task is acceptable if aligned with the mission: "To Ensure Every Guest Has An Awesome Experience And Is Excited To Return."

They are the face of the Alamo for our guests and will do what it takes to make them feel welcome and cared for.

OUR MISSION:

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain kindness and understanding
  • Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring seats are sanitized before the next film
  • Manage order cards, safety, and guest needs across multiple theaters
  • Launch and manage guest orders from POS entry to delivery
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Maintain assistive listening and closed-caption devices
  • Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
  • Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
  • Own the lobby and seating experience, including managing lines, announcing seating, guiding guests, and communicating with leadership
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and films
  • Uphold cleanliness standards for the venue
  • Follow all safety protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
  • Ensure excellent guest-facing interactions and overall experience
  • Uphold standards of behavior aligned with company values, conduct, and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years experience in high-volume restaurant/theater environment preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Active alcohol and food handler certifications as required by the state
  • Being an cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Walk up and down stairs repeatedly
  • Position oneself discreetly in theaters
  • Operate POS touchscreen devices
  • Move cautiously in busy, loud environments
