Compensation Range:

$11.00 - $12.00 Plus Tips

Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests, acting as their point of contact for check-in, theater navigation, answering questions at the Concierge desk, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while maintaining safety standards, ensuring a safe, clean, distraction-free, and enjoyable environment. They understand the importance of the Mission: To Ensure Every Guest Has An Awesome Experience And Is Excited To Return.

They are the face of the Alamo for guests and will do what it takes to make them feel welcome and cared for.

OUR MISSION:

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain kindness and understanding
  • Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring seats are marked, cleaned, and sanitized before the next film
  • Ensure order cards, safety, and guest needs are addressed in multiple theaters
  • Manage guests’ orders from POS entry to delivery
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Maintain assistive listening and closed-captioned devices
  • Maintain a positive, team-driven atmosphere
  • Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
  • Own the lobby and seating experience, guiding guests and communicating with leadership as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of our menu offerings and films
  • Uphold cleanliness standards for the venue
  • Follow all safety protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
  • Handle all guest-facing interactions and overall guest experience
  • Uphold standards of behavior per company values and policies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years in high-volume restaurant/theater environment preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
  • Active alcohol and food handler certifications as required by the state
  • Being an cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Lift and transport items up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Walk up and down stairs repeatedly
  • Position oneself discreetly in theaters
  • Operate POS touchscreen devices
  • Work cautiously in a busy, sometimes loud environment
