Compensation Range:

$17.28 - $18.28 Plus Tips

Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests, acting as their point of contact for functions such as check-in, finding theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, confirming/taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while maintaining safety standards to ensure a safe, clean, distraction-free, and enjoyable environment. They embody the Mission: To Ensure Every Guest Has An Awesome Experience And Is Excited To Return.

They are the face of the Alamo for our guests and will do what it takes to make them feel welcome and cared for.

OUR MISSION:

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain kindness and understanding
  • Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring each occupied seat is marked, cleaned, and sanitized before the next film
  • Ensure order cards, safety, and guest needs are addressed in multiple theaters
  • Launch and manage guest orders from POS entry to delivery
  • Perform assigned opening and closing duties on specified shifts
  • Maintain assistive listening and closed-captioned devices
  • Maintain a positive, team-driven atmosphere
  • Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
  • Own the lobby and seating experience—announce theater seating, guide guests, communicate with leadership as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of core and limited-time-only menu offerings
  • Stay informed about films and events in theaters
  • Maintain cleanliness standards for the venue—seats, handrails, tables, lobby, and touched areas
  • Follow all safety protocols to keep teams and guests healthy, understanding all policies and procedures
  • Manage all guest-facing interactions and the overall theater experience
  • Uphold standards of behavior per company values, Code of Conduct, and Guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years experience in high-volume restaurant/theater environment is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule—early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
  • Active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency
  • Active food handler certification with the applicable state agency
  • Being an cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Walk up and down stairs multiple times
  • Position oneself to avoid guest view in theaters
  • Operate POS touchscreen devices
  • Move cautiously in busy, sometimes loud environments
