Job summary

Hyatt Regency Phoenix is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to greet guests in the lobby, escort them to rooms, and help with luggage and arrivals. You will introduce guests to room features and hotel amenities, answering questions with personalized recommendations about the hotel and local attractions.

This role requires a warm, client-focused approach, strong verbal communication, and physical stamina for lifting and walking.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing exemplary service in lobby
• Offering assistance and delivery of luggage to and from guest room
• Unloading of luggage into and out of vehicle
• Assisting with luggage storage, package handling and delivery
• Amenity delivery and set up
• Assisting with restaurant and transportation recommendations
• Providing guest services upon request
