Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in the United States. You will create an inviting guest experience, greet customers, and assist with a variety of store services while using the myTime app to pick up shifts that fit your schedule.

You may attend a Welcome orientation and participate in a brief, structured training period to prepare for the role. Shifts vary by need and availability; attendance and active engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to adapt to varying shift schedules and fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the guest service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs throughout daily tasks.
• Be knowledgeable about products, services, and store offerings to resolve guest questions.
• Scan, bag, and handle merchandise efficiently and accurately.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Support various order pickup and drive-up processes and guest services.
