Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred and ability to engage with guests.

• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests locate items and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately at checkout.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with sign-up and enrollment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Support order pickup and drive-up services as needed to serve guests.
