Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to provide friendly, efficient service and support guests across store operations. You will greet guests, assist with product searches, resolve issues, and promote Target loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience.

The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling, strong communication, and teamwork, with on-demand shifts that may vary by store needs. Basic store procedures and safety compliance are required.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.

• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain and promote Target loyalty programs and store services.
• Process transactions accurately and support other team members as needed.
