Job summary

Target is hiring for a Small Format Team Member in the United States. You’ll help guests with friendly service, stock shelves, assist with curbside and drive-up processes, and support daily tasks across departments. The role emphasizes guest experience, safety, and accurate signing and pricing.

Training is provided and schedules are flexible to meet store needs. Responsibilities include greeting guests, helping them find items, processing deliveries, and maintaining clean stores.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step process.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
