Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with both in-store and digital services, and promoting loyalty programs to enhance guest experiences.

Typical Responsibilities
  1. Provide welcoming, authentic interactions with guests, understanding their needs and assisting accordingly.
  2. Efficiently scan, bag, and process transactions while maintaining safety and accuracy standards.
  3. Inform guests about store events, product launches, and loyalty benefits, assisting with sign-ups.
  4. Support fulfillment services like order pickup and drive-up orders, ensuring a smooth process.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, stock supplies, and adhere to safety policies.
  6. Handle cash register operations accurately and work in varying environmental conditions.
  7. Assist with other duties as needed based on business requirements.
Qualifications
