Typical Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent guest service by greeting guests, understanding their needs, and offering tailored assistance.
  • Efficiently scan, bag, and handle transactions while maintaining safety standards.
  • Inform guests about current store events, brand launches, and loyalty benefits.
  • Assist with order pickups, drive-up services, and returns, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
