Typical Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, greeting guests authentically and understanding their needs
  • Efficiently scan, bag, and handle items, minimizing wait times
  • Inform guests about launches, store activities, and loyalty programs
  • Assist with app features like Wallet and Target App services
  • Handle returns, partner with leaders for de-escalation, and support fulfillment services
  • Maintain a clean work area, stock supplies, and support guest services including order pickup and drive-up orders
  • Follow safety policies, support compliance, and perform other duties as needed

  • Reliable attendance and mobility during shifts
