As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on providing exceptional guest experiences through interaction, problem-solving, and promoting store services and benefits, including digital solutions to foster guest loyalty.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming experience and assist guests using body language and verbal cues.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and offer solutions.
• Operate scanners, bag items, and assist with store services like order pickup, Drive Up, and gift registry.
• Maintain a clean work environment and stock supplies.
• Support safety and compliance policies.
