Typical Daily Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience
• Creating a welcoming environment and engaging with guests to understand their needs
• Using knowledge of store tools, products, and services to assist guests
• Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately
• Minimizing wait times while maintaining service quality
• Promoting Target Loyalty programs and assisting with sign-ups
• Showing guests how to use the Target App and fulfillment services
• Handling returns and partnering with leaders to resolve issues
• Supporting guest services such as order pickup and drive-up orders
• Maintaining a clean work area and stocking supplies
• Following safety and compliance policies
• Performing other duties as needed
