Role Overview

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests both in-store and digitally, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. The role involves various responsibilities including greeting guests, assisting with products and services, and managing transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide a welcoming and inclusive experience for all guests.
  2. Assist guests with their needs, using body language and verbal cues to tailor your approach.
  3. Promote store services, loyalty programs, and digital features like Wallet and Target App.
  4. Handle transactions accurately, including returns and order pickups, while following policies.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, stock supplies, and support safety and compliance standards.
  6. Support various guest services such as Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and Registry.
  7. Collaborate with team members and leaders to resolve issues and enhance the guest experience.
