As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through in-store and digital services, ensuring quick, easy, and friendly service at various touchpoints like checkouts, guest services, and mobile solutions.

Skills & Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests to create an inclusive and positive experience.
  • Resolve guest concerns through problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Assist with product knowledge, store services, and loyalty programs.
  • Efficiently scan, bag, and handle transactions following safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies.
  • Support various guest services including order pickup, drive-up, and returns.
  • Partner with team and leadership to de-escalate issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
