Role & Responsibilities

As a Guest Advocate, your main focus will be on providing exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting our store's services and benefits. Your typical day will include:

  • Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
  • Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues
  • Assisting guests with products, services, and store features
  • Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately
  • Supporting order pick-up, Drive Up, and registry services
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Handling transactions and merchandise movement safely
