Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, your focus will be on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store services and benefits to foster loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests authentically and understand their needs through body language and verbal cues.
  • Assist guests with products, services, and store features to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Efficiently scan, bag, and handle transactions while maintaining safety standards.
  • Assist with returns, de-escalate issues, and recover guest satisfaction as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and stock supplies.
  • Support various guest services, including order pick-up and drive-up orders, complying with all policies and laws.
