Service & Engagement

As a guest experience advocate, your role is to welcome, thank, and exceed guest expectations through excellent interaction and service, both in-store and digitally. You will be knowledgeable about our capabilities and features to drive adoption, usage, and loyalty, ensuring a quick and easy shopping experience.

Typical Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests authentically.
  • Observe and understand guest needs through body language and verbal cues.
  • Engage genuinely, asking questions to understand and meet guest needs.
  • Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively.
  • Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and safely.
  • Minimize wait times while maintaining service quality.
  • Promote current and upcoming store events, brand launches, and loyalty programs.
  • Assist guests with app features, fulfillment services, returns, and de-escalate negative situations as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Support additional guest services like order pick-up and drive-up orders.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, have effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a helpful attitude. Ability to operate technology equipment and remain focused in a fast-paced setting is essential.

Additional Requirements
  • Accurate cash handling and register operations.
  • Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures and conditions.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
