As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through interaction and recovery, promoting both in-store and digital services, and ensuring shopping is quick and easy at various touchpoints like checklanes, gift registry, and drive-up services.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Supporting fulfillment services like Order Pick Up and Drive Up
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Supporting guest services such as order pickup, Drive-up, and returns, including compliance with relevant laws
  • Other duties as needed based on business needs
