As a Guest Advocate, you will:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by welcoming, assisting, and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and offer solutions, including digital and in-store services.
  • Operate checkout and fulfillment services efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Support store operations, including stocking and safety compliance.
  • Handle guest concerns, returns, and de-escalate issues as needed.
