Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, your role is to welcome guests, exceed their service expectations, and promote our store's capabilities and offerings, fostering guest loyalty through exceptional service.

Typical Responsibilities
  • Deliver a welcoming experience, understand guest needs, and provide tailored assistance.
  • Efficiently scan, bag, and handle transactions while maintaining safety and accuracy.
  • Inform guests about store benefits, loyalty programs, and digital features like Wallet and the Target App.
  • Assist with fulfillment services, returns, and de-escalate negative situations following store policies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Support various guest services including order pickup, Drive Up, and registry.
  • Adhere to safety, ethical, and compliance standards.
