  • Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately
  • Minimizing guest wait times while maintaining service quality
  • Promoting Target Loyalty programs and assisting with sign-up
  • Explaining and demonstrating app features like Wallet
  • Handling returns and resolving issues in partnership with leaders
  • Supporting order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Supporting other guest services and complying with safety policies
