Role Overview

You will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for guests in our small format stores by managing tasks like cashiering, stocking, presentation, and price accuracy. Your focus will be on providing exceptional guest service, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and understanding their needs through body language and verbal cues.
• Engaging with guests to enhance their shopping experience.
• Supporting store operations such as stocking, pricing, signing, inventory management, and cleanliness.
• Executing price changes, inventory audits, inbound deliveries, and backroom organization.
• Maintaining safety, following processes, and supporting guest services like order pickup and Drive-up.
