We operate in a hybrid model, with client meetings in the community and some tasks completed from home. The Guardian Representatives role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and client-centered decision making.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to obtain Guardianship Certification.
• Driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Experience with traumatically brain-injured or developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Guardian with arranging care and custody for the client and ensuring daily needs are met.
• Understand client goals and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to clients and families.
• Make decisions for wards in areas such as living arrangements and medical decisions.
• Maintain confidential case records and manage a caseload.
• Attend medical appointments and community meetings as required.
