Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a bilingual Security Officer in Puerto Rico to provide security for a variety of industries, including retail, malls, pharma, and corporate campuses. You will support customer service, respond to incidents, and perform patrols in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications include at least 21 years old for unarmed roles, a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Rotating schedule availability.
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English; bilingual positions require English.
• Subject to background check and drug screening as required by law.
• License requirements depend on PR regulations; valid Puerto Rico driver’s license may be required.
• Customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by executing security procedures and site policies, and, when applicable, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm and problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; site conditions may vary by location.
• Receive and route processes at employee/visitor reception according to site rules and assignments.
