Job summary

VNS Health is hiring a Guaranteed Flex Pay Physical Therapist to serve New Yorkers in home and community settings. You’ll conduct 1:1 rehabilitative therapy, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans within an interdisciplinary team.

You can choose your schedule, receive guaranteed compensation for 10 visits per week at premium per-visit rates, and benefit from Ambient AI technology that streamlines documentation so you can focus more on patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience preferred, or successful completion of the Rehab Intern program.
• Current New York State Physical Therapist License and Registration.
• Valid driver's license may be required based on assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized home-based physical therapy services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as appropriate.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.

• Bronx & Westchester: Weekday visits - $105 | Weekend visits - $110
