Job summary

Leidos is seeking a JTDC Supply, Warehouse, and Inventory Operations Manager in Santa Rita, Guam. The role leads warehouse, supply, and inventory operations, ensuring accountability, visibility, and responsive support to JTDC customers.

Responsibilities include managing receipt and disposition of materiel, establishing procedures, and supervising three subordinate leads. A TS-SCI clearance and extensive DoD logistics experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, supply support, inventory management, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience supervising warehouse, supply, or logistics personnel.
• Working knowledge of receiving, storage, inventory accountability, issue, and disposition processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, accountability, storage, preservation, issue, and disposition of materiel.
• Establish warehouse operating procedures, storage locations, and inventory controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of supply transactions.
• Maintain inventory visibility, documentation, and property accountability.
• Lead COSIS, preservation, surveillance, and material-readiness activities.
• Manage retrograde, turn-in, reutilization, disposal, and property-disposition activities.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and warehouse-capacity issues.
• Coordinate material-handling equipment support.
• Support inventories, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Supervise three subordinate functional or sub-team leads.
