Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Strategic Initiatives Lead to drive programmatic transformations within the GTM Practice. You will translate commercial needs into scalable initiatives, aligning global and regional teams to enhance customer value and adoption.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, you will own end-to-end design and delivery of Cross-Practice Strategy, Cross-Sell, Enterprise Segment Strategy, and Renewals Transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in business planning, corporate strategy, sales operations, or cross-functional program management within technology or cloud sectors.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs from design to operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, execution, and programmatic ownership of GTM strategic initiatives.
• Establish and scale unified operational frameworks across global GTM practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and drive efficiency.
• Act as the strategic engine across the GTM Practice organization to implement models.
• Own the life-cycle and evolution of global practice frameworks and blueprints.
