THE WORK:

We are seeking an analytical GTM Strategy and Operations Lead to coordinate stablecoin product go-to-market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support Product and PMM with developing and refining the go-to-market strategy for the stablecoin product, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Product, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to build and implement effective launch strategies, and account territories/coverage playbook.
  • Own running weekly cross-functional calls to orchestrate the executions of quarterly priorities.
  • Own recurring and ad-hoc executive presentations.
  • Design and implement scalable operational processes such as pipeline review to support growth across different customer segments.
  • Define and track key performance indicators and success metrics to support data-driven decision-making and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to help Business Development Sales navigate regulatory landscapes.
  • Support Sales Enablement by providing insights, materials, and training to commercial teams.
  • Drive operational excellence through automation, tools, and process improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, operations, or growth roles at a FinTech, crypto, payments, or financial services company.
  • Deep understanding of stablecoins, digital assets, and blockchain technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Proven track record in launching new financial products and scaling go-to-market efforts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple collaborators.
  • Strong communication and collaborator management skills.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, etc.).
  • A passion for crypto, DeFi, and financial innovation.

COMPENSATION:

For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.

CA Annual Base Salary Range: $168,000 — $210,000 USD
