Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a leader for Home Entertainment GTM Strategy to support the Head of HE GTM Strategy, Operations & Analytics. Build strategy, drive cross-functional consensus, and ensure disciplined execution across projects.

You will coordinate with domestic and global partners, lead New Business Development, and advance AI-driven workflow initiatives to improve operations and growth. Excellent communication with senior executives is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of directly related experience.
• Deep experience managing analytics, finance and/or business teams.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows presentation software.
• Proven success leading strategy development and execution in GTM, planning, and performance improvement.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical rigor with ROI modelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advise comprehensive annual and multi-year HE product strategies with market outlooks.
• Lead GTM execution, set strategic priorities, and drive cross-functional consensus.
• Coordinate with domestic and global partners to advance corporate objectives.
• Drive New Business Development initiatives, including channel expansion.
• Partner with Analytics and Operations to implement AI-driven workflow improvements.
• Prepare executive communications and board-ready materials.
• Lead large-scale strategic initiatives from concept to launch with regular progress reporting.
• Foster a high-performance team culture focused on clarity and accountability.
