Kingdom is seeking a GTM Senior Manager to own the full-cycle sales motion for our US pet business, from first conversation through purchase order, product launch, and repeat business. You will drive active deals, coordinate samples, and clear blockers in a fast-growing, AI-enabled environment.
You will work closely with founders, the VP of GTM, and our Strategy & Ops lead to refine playbooks, maintain pipeline hygiene, and build lasting partnerships with innovative brands across
Kingdom creates clinically validated Superculture® ingredients from natural microbes to improve the health of pets and people. We’re the world’s first AI-native ingredients company, delivering industry-leading efficacy in a fraction of the development time.
Our Superculture® ingredients are a new class of ingredients that target unmet health needs at their root and are backed by best-in-class clinical evidence. They enable CPG brands to make breakthrough marketing claims and to deliver health benefits that consumers notice in just days.
We’ve integrated AI into every step of our process: from screening tens of thousands of microbes in one of the world’s largest biobanks, to designing and analyzing clinical trials, manufacturing at scale, and supporting the brands that formulate with us. Bringing a new ingredient to market has traditionally taken 5+ years and tens of millions of dollars. With a small team, we’re launching one clinically validated ingredient every year, with superior efficacy and at a fraction of that timeline and budget.
Kingdom has clear product-market fit, with accelerating customer demand:
Our number one priority is scaling to meet proven demand. We are looking for highly resourceful, high-throughput individuals who build trust quickly, push deals to a close, and solve problems from first principles.
If we succeed, clinical evidence will become table stakes in pet and human health. The $300B+ spent every year on these products will go to the ones that actually work, not the ones that just promise to.
All full-time roles are in person at our Brooklyn Navy Yard headquarters and lab.
Kingdom is at an inflection point. Demand for our Superculture® pet ingredients is growing faster than our GTM team can serve it, at the same time that we are preparing to commercialize our first human ingredient and enter new international markets. The question is no longer whether brands want what we make, but how much of that demand we can scale to meet.
The GTM Senior Manager will work the full-cycle sales motion for our US pet business, from first conversation through purchase order, product launch, and repeat business. Your core focus will be converting the demand we already have: driving active deals and qualified inbound, running discovery to uncover key customer challenges and gates, coordinating samples, surfacing and clearing deal blockers, driving to a first order, and growing the account from there.
This role is designed for a high-agency operator who is excited about closing deals, driving revenue, and helping Kingdom get from 1 to 100. You will be the person who builds lasting partnerships with industry-disrupting brands and makes sure nothing drops across long, multi-stakeholder cycles, including customized pitch material preparation, creative problem solving, consistent follow-through on stalled accounts, and rigorous pipeline hygiene.
You don't need a sales background to be successful in this role. You'll work daily alongside our VP, GTM, our co-founders, and our GTM Strategy & Ops Lead, use our internal AI tooling to more effectively identify and address deal-specific needs, and get direct coaching from an industry-leading sales coach who has scaled teams and revenue to hundreds of millions of dollars. The tactics are learnable, and you'll learn them fast. What we're looking for is the EQ and communication skills to build trust across multiple stakeholders, the assurance to ask uncomfortable questions, and the resilience to keep finding new angles in the face of repeated challenges.
You will start with our smaller brands, many of them fast-growing challengers, and earn larger and more complex accounts as you prove yourself. We are a year into selling with much of our playbook still unwritten, so what you learn inside your deals will shape how the whole team sells.
This is a high autonomy, high ownership role, with success measured by the revenue you close. If you're hungry to hone your instincts as a seller and excited to drive revenue during the fastest-growing chapter in Kingdom's history, we want to hear from you.
Kingdom is based in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, with our full team working out of a 9,000 sq-ft headquarters and lab space. We operate in a high trust, high autonomy environment, which requires that everyone uphold our core values:
Everyone who joins Kingdom will be a major contributor to our success, which we reflect in our approach to ownership and compensation. The cash salary range for this role is $120-170K, with the final starting salary and level being determined by qualifications, experience, skillset, and balancing internal equity. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of a total compensation package that also includes benefits (more below) and equity (to be discussed more during the interview process). Our sales model is deliberately team-based, as deals are won by sellers, scientists, and co-founders working together, so we don't pay individual commission. Instead, everyone shares in the upside they help create through annual performance-based salary increases and equity re-ups that compound as the company grows.
