This role requires a balance of strategic planning and agile execution; partnering to design and develop programs, and solid collaboration with our Revenue Organization leadership.

About the Team

The Zoom Enablement Team focuses on empowering users and organisations to effectively utilise Zoom’s communication platform. They provide training, resources, and support to enhance user proficiency, ensure smooth deployment, and drive adoption of Zoom’s features. Their work includes creating educational materials, conducting workshops, and offering personalized assistance to address user needs. As well as optimizing workflows, and ensure a seamless experience with Zoom’s tools. This team plays a crucial role in maximizing the value and efficiency of Zoom in various professional and educational settings.

Responsibilities

  • Developing scalable enablement frameworks for field and partner teams - and ensure operational success
  • Enabling and measuring success of field readiness from lead generation to deal close
  • Collaborating with sales leadership, marketing, product marketing, customer success, channel, PX and other departments and key stakeholders as a strategic partner, identifying and solving challenges
  • Enabling partners and account managers with sales acumen and product knowledge to accelerate ramping and increase productivity
  • Delivering training and workshops for partners and AEs through both on-demand, virtual and in person sessions
  • Creating, delivering and measuring results of curriculum development
  • Identifying processes and skills (discovery, demo, negotiation, deal execution etc); work with the Goto-market Excellence and Product / Technical Teams, while ensuring global programs alignment with the team
  • Partnering with Product Marketing and Partner teams to understand requirements and deliver content for AE conversations with prospects and customers

What we’re looking for

  • 5 years experience in sales enablement with a successful track record of developing and delivering training, in a quota carrying direct, channel or related role
  • Show understanding of the UCaaS industry; SaaS sales cycles, sales process, and sales methodologies (Value Selling + MEDDPICC)
  • Demonstrate a track record of building positive relationships across the business and a demonstrated ability to act as a partner and consultant with cross-functional teams
  • Possess a data driven mindset, capable of interpreting and optimizing enablement programs based on data insights
  • Act as a tenacious program manager, with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Use proactive communication skills and a high-impact, energetic training style to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Showcase experience with enablement and sales tools including prospecting, CRM, readiness, content management and learning management systems
