A leading software solutions company is seeking a GTM Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams. This remote role requires 5+ years of experience in recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to collaborate with team leaders to drive growth across the U.S. and EMEA. As GTM Recruiter at Medius, you are responsible for owning the full-cycle recruiting for our Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Customer Success) teams in the U.S. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent who will drive our growth across the US and EMEA. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic partnership, market insight, and hands-on recruiting execution.
Please note this is a remote role; we are looking for candidates who are within Central/ Eastern time.
