Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Go-to-Market Operations supporting Ring and Blink Sales Operations. You will own the Blink Offline GTM experience, translating sales decisions into launch plans with retailers and building AI tools to automate and scale GTM tasks.

You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Creative, and Legal to drive end-to-end launches, ensure packaging and content readiness, and measure impact of new GTM capabilities across key retail partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Responsibilities

• Own the Offline GTM roadmap for Blink portfolio: determine sequencing, retailer-specific content needs, and launch timing trade-offs.
• Translate Sales-defined assortment plans into actionable GTM requirements and drive resolution before blockers.
• Write product requirements and business cases for new GTM capabilities, AI tools, and process innovations.
• Maintain the GTM roadmap in alignment with senior leadership on quarterly priorities.
• Define requirements for regional retailer expansion (Canada, Mexico) with Sales.
• Own the product experience at shelf: packaging, configuration specs, content readiness, retailer portal deliverables.
• Represent Offline GTM needs in upstream product discussions to improve launch readiness and retailer acceptance.
• Build and iterate AI-powered tools to solve GTM problems and automate tasks.
