## GTM Operations SpecialistSanta Clara, California|Global GTM and Product StrategyApply Here## About FuriosaAIFuriosaAI builds high-performance, high-efficiency AI compute for the Inference Era. Founded in 2017 by veteran semiconductor and AI algorithm engineers, Furiosa operates globally with offices in Korea and Silicon Valley, along with a compiler-focused R&D lab in Lisbon. Our vision is to make AI computing sustainable, enabling access to powerful AI for everyone on Earth. We solve the AI hardware energy and operational cost crisis at the architectural level, rather than through brute force, building the world's first truly AI-native compute platform to unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence for every enterprise.## About the RoleWith our flagship product RNGD in mass production, we are seeking a hunter-minded Business & Development Sales to create and pursue business opportunities in the US market. Working closely with a global product and development team, you will create pipelines amongst leading frontier AI labs and startups, hyperscalers, and large enterprises; owning the entire sales cycle from creating tangible prospects to closing deals.## The RoleYou'll be the operating backbone of our global sales and business development team. You'll make sure evaluation hardware reaches customers on time, that every customer meeting leads to tracked next steps, that new inquiries reach the right person quickly, that orders move smoothly from purchase order to delivery, and that our pipeline data is accurate enough to run the business on. You'll report to the SVP of Product & Business and work every day with sales, solution architects, marketing, finance, and our engineering and operations teams in Korea## Key Responsibilities* Evaluation and hardware logistics + Own the full lifecycle of evaluation and PoC hardware: request intake, allocation, shipping, customs and export paperwork, tracking, returns, and conversion to purchase or loan agreements. + Coordinate with the Korea HQ operations, finance, and legal teams on shipments, inventory, and compliance for international customers. + Keep an up-to-date record of where every card and system is, who has it, and what the agreed terms and timelines are.* Customer operations + Coordinate customer vendor onboarding, including supplier registration, compliance and security questionnaires, insurance and tax documents, and RFQ/RFP responses, working with solution architects, finance, and legal. + Support order-to-cash: track purchase orders, confirm delivery schedules with Korea HQ, coordinate invoicing with finance, and keep customers updated on order status. + Manage returns and warranty cases from request to resolution.* Meeting follow-through + Attend or review key customer and partner meetings, capture decisions and action items, and make sure owners follow up. + Maintain the weekly per-account status pages (status, blockers, milestones) and prepare the weekly account review for leadership.* Sales motion and pipeline operations + Log and screen inbound inquiries against agreed criteria, and route them to the right owner quickly. + Own CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting: stages, close dates, next steps, and forecast inputs. + Support the deal process by coordinating NDAs, quotes, pricing approvals, and contract routing with finance and legal. + Build and improve the team's playbooks, templates, and tools so the process gets lighter over time, not heavier.* Marketing and event support + Plan and run logistics for trade shows, conferences, and customer events: booth, demo hardware, meeting scheduling, and post-event lead follow-up. + Work with the PR and marketing teams on customer-facing materials, case studies, and sales collateral.* General GTM support + Handle travel, scheduling, and vendor coordination for the GTM team when needed. + Take on special projects as the business grows.## Minimum Qualifications* 2+ years in sales operations, business operations, or logistics, with hands-on experience shipping hardware internationally, including customs documentation. Familiarity with export control basics is a strong plus.* Comfort with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and workspace tools such as Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.* Very organized, with a habit of closing loops. You follow up without being asked.* Clear written English. You can turn a messy meeting into a short, useful summary.* Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where the process is still being built.* Enjoys working across time zones and cultures (US, Korea, Europe).## Preferred Qualifications* Korean language skills.* Experience with AI or data center infrastructure customers.* Experience running evaluation or PoC programs for enterprise hardware.* Experience with order processing, supplier onboarding, or RFQ responses for enterprise customers.## Contact* talent@furiosa.ai## Why Join FuriosaAIThe defining bottleneck of the AI era is building the right hardware and software stack to run it at global scale.
