Job description
About the Team

The Sales Analytics team at DoorDash transforms raw data and manual workflows into trusted, automated systems that power growth and execution. We partner with Sales, S&O, Product, and Engineering to reduce friction, streamline processes, and equip sellers with reliable insights to help merchants grow their business.

As part of our new GTM Innovation Pod, this role will design and launch high-impact automation and AI solutions that change how GTM operates. By replacing manual work with scalable workflows and embedding durable systems, the Pod enables predictable execution, frees seller capacity, and builds the foundation for a faster, cleaner, and more resilient go-to-market engine.

About the Role

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to take ownership of key GTM processes such as lead-list assignment, pipeline coverage checks, and recurring reporting automation, as well as drive net-new initiatives focused on AI-driven automation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and scale solutions that deliver measurable impact for both our sales teams and the merchants they serve.

You’ll act as both builder and owner: developing automations end-to-end while working directly with stakeholders to scope priorities and drive adoption. You will report into a Senior Manager on our Sales Analytics team, which is part of our Sales Strategy & Operations organization.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
  • Automate at scale – Replace manual, repetitive sales processes with reliable, fast, and transparent workflows
  • Improve merchant outcomes – Build tools that ensure the right merchants connect with the right sellers, boosting coverage, conversion, and merchant revenue
  • Drive visibility and impact – Identify the highest-impact friction points in GTM execution, scope and deliver solutions, and track improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
  • Partner cross-functionally – Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Data Engineering to ensure solutions land smoothly
We’re excited about you because…
  • You have 3 to 5+ years in analytics engineering, data science, or similar role, with advanced SQL and Python skills
  • You know how to design and maintain reliable data pipelines (dbt, Airflow, or similar) and work with modern data warehouses like Snowflake
  • You’ve applied AI/LLM frameworks and API integrations to real business problems
  • You’re familiar with Salesforce/CRM data structures and how they drive GTM workflows
  • You bring a balance of technical depth and business orientation, able to translate merchant and sales needs into clear requirements, then architect and deliver solutions that scale

We expect this position to be filled by 11/1/2025.
