Job summary

59 Pines is seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer to accelerate our multi-channel outbound work. You’ll own email, voice, SMS, and LinkedIn campaigns, and connect them into a single, fast-moving system that drives lead flow.

You’ll challenge existing processes, run experiments, and push for faster lead flow while maintaining deliverability and quality. This remote-first role enables collaboration across time zones with a hungry, results-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience running multi-channel outbound systems (email, SMS, phone, LinkedIn) and ensuring deliverability.
• Hands-on in building GTM automation workflows and integrations.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and run experiments to improve speed and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain multi-channel outbound workflows across tools (n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Execute email, telephony, SMS, and LinkedIn campaigns in a coordinated stack.
• Diagnose failures, improve deliverability, and reduce cycle times.

About The Role

Channels are active, systems exist, and so on. This role is about increasing speed, coverage, and reliability across the entire system.

You’ll operate as a hands-on GTM builder, working across:

• Email outbound systems
• Telephony sequences (Ringless Voicemail, call workflows)
• SMS campaigns
• LinkedIn outbound & automation

This is not a single-channel role. You are expected to understand how these channels work together as a system.

You won’t just execute—you’ll challenge, improve, and extend what’s already built.

What This Role Really Is

You are the person asking:

• Why is this workflow slow or breaking?
• Where are we losing leads between channels?
• How do we increase speed without killing deliverability?
• What should we test next—and why haven’t we already?

This is a high-ownership, high-urgency environment. We value pushback, ideas, and initiative—not passive execution.

What Success Looks Like (30–60 Days)

• You fully understand the GTM stack and where the gaps are
• You are actively managing multi-channel sequences (email + voice + SMS + LinkedIn)
• You’ve identified and fixed breakdowns in workflows or deliverability
• You’ve launched new experiments across at least one channel
• You are proactively suggesting improvements—not waiting for instructions
• Leads are moving faster and more consistently through the funnel

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain workflows across tools (n8n etc.)
• Execute multi-channel outbound:
  • Email campaigns (infrastructure, sequencing, deliverability awareness)
  • Ringless voicemail / telephony sequences
  • SMS follow-ups and campaign logic
  • LinkedIn outreach and automation
• Connect channels into a single system — not siloed campaigns
• Monitor signals and performance — opens, replies, engagement, conversion points
• Fix what breaks quickly — domains, workflows, integrations, routing
• Run experiments — messaging, timing, channel mix, sequencing
• Improve speed and efficiency across the GTM engine

• Hands-on use of LinkedIn outbound tools / automation
• Experience building automations using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) inside workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with outbound at scale (multiple domains, personas, ICPs)
• Understanding of lead routing / qualification logic
• Startup or high-speed environment experience
• Experience debugging deliverability or channel performance issues
