Better Design is seeking a proactive salesperson to identify agencies and product teams that ship with coding agents. You will own the end-to-end sales process from the initial outreach to closing deals.

You will build and use AI-driven workflows that research accounts, draft follow-ups, and maintain an up-to-date pipeline. The role offers remote or SF-based work with a small, empowered team and fast decision cycles.

Qualificações

• Experience finding and enriching leads with Clay or similar tools.
• Experience building AI workflows that perform daily sales tasks.
• Experience selling to enterprise agencies and understanding their buying processes.

• You have worked with Clay or tools like it to find and enrich leads.
• You have built AI workflows that do real sales work every day.
• You have sold to enterprise agencies and know how they decide to buy.

How we work

• San Francisco or remote. Work with us in San Francisco or from where you do your best work. We write decisions down, so nobody needs a meeting to catch up.
• Small team. Each person owns a whole area, from the first sketch to the release.
• Agents do the repetitive work. Coding agents write the boilerplate, run the checks and review each change. People make the calls that need taste.
• We use what we sell. Our own design review checks every screen we ship, this page included.

Our stack

• Next.js, React and Tailwind for the web app
• Hono on Cloudflare Workers for the API
• Postgres on Neon with Drizzle, and D1 for smaller stores
• An MCP server that coding agents install from npm
• Claude Code and Codex for most of the typing
