Job summary

Gong is seeking a GTM AI Architect to identify high-leverage opportunities and design AI-powered workflows that boost GTM productivity. You will scope, build, and implement solutions alongside a GTM AI Engineer, ensuring adoption and measurable impact across revenue teams.

You will translate technical possibilities into clear business cases, partner with Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT, and drive adoption of new tools while moving from concept to production in a fast-moving, high-visibility

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a consultancy, advisory practice, or internal function focused on AI/technology adoption.
• A track record of tying technical initiatives to measurable business outcomes, not just technical delivery.
• Comfort operating as both an architect and a hands-on builder.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Working knowledge of modern AI/LLM tooling to have credible technical conversations with engineers and IT partners.
• Nice-to-have: GTM Strategy & Operations or RevOps experience; experience partnering with leadership on adoption of new tools.

Gong's AI Acceleration Team is a newly-formed function inside GTM Strategy & Operations, built to apply AI directly to the workflows that make our go-to-market teams faster and more effective. We prioritize solutions built natively in Gong first, and build custom tooling where Gong doesn't yet cover the use case. This is a founding hire on a lean, fast-moving team with high executive visibility. As a GTM AI Architect, you'll identify high-leverage opportunities to improve GTM productivity, then scope, design, build, and implement those solutions alongside a GTM AI Engineer. Your role is to ensure that the team is working on the most impactful projects and driving them through to adoption and moving the metrics that matter. An example workflow: a system that scans months of call activity to identify who previously requested a product feature that's since shipped, and auto-drafts personalized outreach with proposed use cases so the field teams can close the loop.

• Architect AI-powered workflows and internal tools that increase productivity across GTM teams
• Take initiatives from concept through production and continued iteration — not just prototyping or proof-of-concept work
• Translate technical possibilities into clear business cases and outcomes for stakeholders and leadership
• Partner closely with the internal Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT teams, who own the operational surfaces, broader data foundation, and AI tooling/hosting infrastructure this work builds on
• Drive adoption of new AI tools and workflows across teams — measuring and reporting on impact, not just delivery
• Work with subject matter experts pulled in from field teams

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a consultancy, advisory practice, or internal function focused on AI/technology adoption
• A track record of tying technical initiatives to measurable business outcomes, not just technical delivery
• Comfort operating as both an architect and a hands-on builder — you can design a solution and help stand it up, not just present a deck

• Working knowledge of modern AI/LLM tooling sufficient to have credible technical conversations with engineers and IT partners

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $138,000 - $210,000 USD.

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
