Job summary

ECCO SHOE PRODUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a GSPS Planner based in Singapore to coordinate demand and production plans across regions, ensuring timely communication with Regions, Production Units, and HQ.

The role focuses on balancing demand and supply, driving corrective actions when deviations occur, and ensuring deadlines in the S&OP calendar are met. Collaboration with Global Head of GSPS Planning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure planning activities are prepared and coordinated with internal teams and Production Units according to the agreed planning timeline.
• Ensure effective communication with Regions, Production Units, and HQ on all matters relating to demand and supply throughout the planning process.
• Analyse, communicate, and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders, where applicable, when deviations occur between Demand/SPP and Supply Plans.
• Ensure demand coverage requirements are met and proactively address any issues by discussing and aligning with the Global Head of GSPS Planning and/or Production Units to determine the best solution.
• Consolidate and verify the quality of incoming and outgoing communications and data between Regions, Production Units, HQ, and the Global Planning Team to support optimal planning.
• Ensure all relevant deadlines in the S&OP calendar are communicated, understood, and adhered to. Any deviations and their potential consequences must be escalated and reported accordingly.
• Ensure effective cross-regional coordination when capacity utilization balancing between regions is required.
• Follow up with Regions and Production Units on relevant processes to ensure timely and accurate information is available for order releases and production start-ups.
• Consolidate and verify Production Plans from Production Units.
• Work closely with Regions and Production Units on production prioritization and marketing requirements when necessary.

About the role

As a GSPS Planner based in Singapore, the incumbent will be working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, often balancing several priorities at the same time. The main purpose of the job is to ensure timely coordination between regions' demand, planning activity and the supply from production.
