Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America in Irving, Texas seeks a SOC Operator to ensure safe, secure environments for clients by monitoring radio communications, alarms, and events. You will log events, support emergency dispatch, and analyze incidents as part of a central security operations team.

The role involves monitoring intrusion alerts, coordinating with security personnel, and programming remote alarm panels to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording.
• Monitor alarm systems and intrusions; respond to incidents and coordinate with security teams.
• Handle emergency dispatch and incident reporting; perform analysis of events and logs.
• Program and configure remote alarm panels as required for clients.
