GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Project Leader to deliver major Services ACS projects, manage budgets, profits and losses, and ensure customer satisfaction across long-term service contracts.

The role leads kickoff meetings, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks spend against budget, drafts follow-up and post-mortem reports, and handles invoicing per contract terms while coordinating procurement and risk management. Relocation assistance is provided.

Competenze

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of work experience with minimum 15 years of proved Project management experience (relevant to the role).
• Proficiency Spoken & Written - English Must.

Job Description Summary

Senior Project Leader responsible for delivery of major projects for Services ACS activity including any long term services contracts attached. Services ACS Senior Project Leader is responsible for service project delivery, warranty, management of project related activities and resources, profit & loss accountability and customer relations and satisfaction.

Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has some autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

• Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources
• Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
• Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions.
• Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Required Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Field
• 10-15 years of work experience, with minimum 15 years of proved Project management experience (relevant to the role)
• Proficiency Spoken & Written - English Must

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,200.00 and $173,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
