  • Establish Governance: Maintain robust project governance through regular reviews, action tracking, decision logs, and effective escalation management.

  • Monitor Performance & Risk: Track key metrics to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, delays, or cost impacts.

  • Stakeholder & Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely resolution of technical and commercial matters.

  • Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Change Management: Manage the evaluation and approval process for scope changes, including assessing impacts on project schedule and budget.

  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Provide accurate project forecasts and executive summaries while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, including post-project lessons learned

Required Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information technology, operations, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience relevant to the role, in a requisition, contractual, or other Order-To-Remittance (OTR) business.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.

  • Project management experience in power generation or power services industries.

  • Demonstrated experience managing medium to complex projects with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and interdependencies.

  • Experience working in cross-functional and international project environments.

  • Strong background in project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.

  • Experience working with global or regional stakeholders, ideally in a matrixed environment.

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills in complex, multi-workstream project environments.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution with a structured, proactive approach.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Clear communicator with the ability to engage effectively with teams, customers, and leadership. Strong problem-solving, risk awareness, and decision-making skills.

  • Fluent in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Core Competencies

  • Change Leadership: Skilled at driving adoption, influencing stakeholders, and managing organizational change.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to align diverse teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
