Job summary

TLD America is seeking a Test and Control Technician to inspect, test, and troubleshoot ground support equipment before shipment. You will work under the Production Manager and QA Manager to ensure quality and conformity to specifications.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in inspection and hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, plus ability to read blueprints and schematics. Standard schedule and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in active inspection or final product inspection.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting experience in industrial or automotive contexts.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and system diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Performs functional testing of completed units and subassemblies including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnoses system faults, determines root cause, and verifies corrective action prior to release.
• Performs final inspection and evaluation of product/units for shipment to customers.
• Maintains accurate quality records and documentation of test results and nonconformances.
• Supports ISO standards implementation and quality management system activities.
• Follows all plant safety requirements and PPE protocols.
