Job summary

FedEx is seeking a general operations associate to support Global Vehicle services in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves arranging transport of maintenance equipment, retrieving and delivering parts, and operating ground support equipment on FedEx property, with data entry tasks and logs.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and clerical experience. Must be able to drive a yard tractor-trailer on restricted ramps, complete required training, and maintain an excellent driving record. EOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clerical/general office administrative experience required.
• Ability to drive a yard tractor-trailer on non-public ramp facilities.

Responsibilities

• Arrange transport of maintenance equipment to ensure timely service.
• Retrieve and deliver maintenance and repair parts as needed.
• Operate ground support equipment on FedEx property in various weather conditions.
• Complete delivery logs, asset history filing and data entry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
