Position Overview

We have an immediate opening for a qualified GSE (Ground Support Equipment) Maintenance Technician in the Non-Powered Equipment group at our Erlanger, KY hub. As a GSE Technician, your key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensuring safety by adhering to best practices and continuous improvement.
2. Communicating effectively, both written and verbal.
3. Possessing strong welding skills with various metals and equipment (preferred).
4. Prioritizing workflow to serve our customers efficiently.
5. Following safety guidelines and leading by example.
6. Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and components.
7. Utilizing hand tools, welding equipment, cutting devices, etc.
8. Occasionally operating forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, pallet jacks, and small conveyance vehicles.
9. Wearing personal protective equipment and following lockout/tagout procedures.
10. Being detail-oriented, self-motivated, and maintaining a positive attitude.
11. Having basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and interacting with CMMS for work orders.
12. Maintaining a clean driving record for ramp driving privileges.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
• Climbing stairs and ladders frequently.
• Working at heights.
• Working in hot, cold, and inclement weather conditions.
• Standing for extended periods.
