First-level supervisors provide technical and administrative direction to missionaries. Oversees the day-to-day operations of a group of missionaries. Responsible for the training and development of subordinate staff, estimating work level needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational polices. Generally the subordinate group performs a single task or multiple, but closely related tasks. Duties are sometimes non-routine. Resolves most questions and problems, and refers the most complex issues to higher levels.
This is a full-time (40-hour/week) position. Under current hybrid working arrangements, the person in this position is requiredto work in the office minimum of 3 days a week or more depending on business needs; therefore must live close.
