GSA & Night Auditor Relief - Fairfield Inn NY

Join our team as a Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor Relief at M&R Hotel Management. This role involves assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally, while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. You will also process the hotel's daily financial audits.

Compensation

Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Please discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service to guests at all times, addressing complaints and requests promptly.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and with a friendly approach.
  • Post charges, compute bills, and handle payments following company procedures.
  • Manage guest mail, messages, and be knowledgeable about rewards programs and promotions.
  • Develop knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, rates, amenities, and sales strategies.
  • Handle reservations, answer phone inquiries, and manage room blocks and special requests.
  • Monitor room availability, handle safe deposits, and keep the lobby and work areas clean.
  • Follow emergency and security procedures, handle wake-up calls, and clean guest rooms as needed.
  • Open and close shifts, balance cash and credit transactions, and report any issues to management.
  • Maintain security of hotel keys and safe deposit boxes, and assist with guest inquiries about local facilities.
  • Follow safety standards, wear proper uniform, and comply with hotel policies.
