Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in progressive accounting roles.
• Exposure to digital commerce or innovation-driven environments.
• Ability to mentor others and improve accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and reconciliations for Growth Ventures.
• Develop accounting processes for new platforms as they scale.
• Report on P&L activities for initiatives, including Tik Tok Shop.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Support innovative solutions to reduce manual accounting tasks.

Skills

4+ years of progressive accounting experience

Proficient in US GAAP

Familiarity with SOX audit

Experience in digital commerce

Mentoring junior team members

Education

Bachelors degree in Accounting

CPA preferred
