Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Project Manager for Profitable Volume Growth to drive the execution and governance of the Sales & Marketing Value Creation Program. You will coordinate Dealer Performance, Vehicle Optimization, Market Intelligence, Loyalty, and Inventory to accelerate profitable growth and market share gains.

You will partner with finance and executive stakeholders to ensure disciplined project delivery, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation while translating strategy into measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project/program management or strategy.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day management of the Profitable Volume Growth workstream portfolio.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Establish governance for accountability, transparency, and timely decisions.
• Prepare executive-level updates and progress reports for leadership.
• Track value creation KPIs and develop real-time performance dashboards.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions.
• Drive improvements to processes and execution discipline.
